San Diego, CA – Rollover Crash with Injuries on SR-52
San Diego, CA (February 21, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Tierrasanta neighborhood ended in injuries. The California Highway Patrol troopers were called to the scene of the accident at around 4:25 p.m. on February 20.
Law enforcement reports indicate that two vehicles collided on the westbound side of California State Route 52. The incident prompted the California Highway Patrol to close down the roadway near Santo Road for an extended period of time. One of the vehicles involved in the crash overturned. Authorities arrived at the scene and located one vehicle on fire. One person was injured as a result of the accident. The victim was transported to a local hospital for emergency medical care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
