San Diego, CA – Pedestrian Killed in College Ave Crash at Federal Blvd
San Diego, CA (April 26, 2024) – A pedestrian accident reported in the Lemon Grove area claimed one person’s life. The incident was reported to law enforcement at around 12:30 a.m. on April 24.
According to official reports, a pickup truck was traveling on College Avenue near Federal Boulevard during the early morning hours. For reasons unknown, the vehicle struck a pedestrian who was crossing at the intersection. The pedestrian was severely injured as a result of the accident. Medical personnel responded to the scene and immediately began performing CPR on the victim. Despite medical efforts, the victim passed away as a result of their injuries. The vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene. At this time, investigations are underway.
