San Diego, CA – One Injured in Crash at E Plaza Blvd and C Ave
San Diego, CA (December 20, 2024) – A car crash on Thursday afternoon left one person injured in National City, according to the National City Police Department. The incident occurred at approximately 12:14 p.m. in the 200-400 block of East Plaza Boulevard at C Avenue.
Reports reveal that a Honda Civic traveling northbound on C Avenue collided with a truck heading eastbound through the intersection. Emergency crews were called to the scene, where they extricated the woman driving the Honda. She was transported to a local hospital after sustaining a serious fracture to her left leg.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the accident as the investigation remains ongoing.
