Northridge, CA – Collision with Injuries at Tampa Ave & Nordhoff St
Northridge, CA (April 6, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Northridge South neighborhood sent at least one person to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries. The Los Angeles Police Department was called to the scene at around 808 p.m. on April 5.
Preliminary reports indicate that a collision occurred on Tampa Avenue during the evening hours. The Los Angeles police and firefighters responded to the scene and immediately closed off the roadway near Nordhoff Street. Police and firefighters went to work quickly to remove the involved vehicles from the crash scene. Emergency medical services were requested on-site to care for injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local medical facility, where they underwent further medical care. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
