Los Angeles, CA – Pedestrian Struck & Injured on Santa Fe Ave

Los Angeles, CA (March 9, 2024) – A pedestrian was transported to an area hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Friday morning in the Walnut Park neighborhood. The California Highway Patrol troopers were called to the scene of the accident at approximately 9:45 a.m. on March 8.

According to official reports, a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the 8300 block of Santa Fe Avenue. Los Angeles County firefighters and the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene and immediately closed down a portion of the roadway between Cass Place and Sale Place. The pedestrian sustained injuries in the accident and was treated by emergency medical services. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
