Bakersfield, CA – Two Injured in Union Ave Crash at Brundage Ln
Bakersfield, CA (April 18, 2024) – Two people were transported to area hospitals following a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Tuesday evening in Bakersfield. At around 9:45 p.m. on April 16, the California Highway Patrol and firefighters were called to the scene of the accident.
Preliminary reports indicate that two vehicles collided head-on in the area near Union Avenue and Brundage Lane. Both vehicles were severely damaged in the crash. One person had to be extricated from their vehicle before being transported to a local medical facility, where they underwent treatment for major injuries. A second victim involved in the accident was also injured and transported to a local hospital. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
