Pomona, CA – Three Women Killed in Crash on White Ave at Phillips Blvd
Pomona, CA (March 4, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident triggered by a suspected drunk driver claimed the lives of multiple victims. The accident occurred at around 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2.
According to official reports, Victor Siharath was driving an SUV in the area of white Avenue and Phillips Boulevard when he crashed his vehicle into one additional vehicle on the roadway. Authorities rushed to the scene and immediately shut down a portion of the roadway while assisting. Two women were pronounced deceased while at the scene of the accident due to their injuries.
Three other victims were injured in the crash and rushed by ambulance to area hospitals. Authorities confirmed that one of the women passed away after arriving. Upon investigation, the police department confirmed that Siharath was driving while impaired. He was taken into police custody where he faces charges for suspicion of felony drunken-driving. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
