Los Angeles, CA – Pedestrian Hurt in W 111th St Crash near Hawthorne Blvd
Los Angeles, CA (March 7, 2024) – Early Wednesday morning, emergency officials responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Westside of Los Angeles that left one pedestrian injured. The accident occurred just before 5:40 a.m. on March 6.
According to official reports, a pedestrian was struck by a semi-truck on West 111th Street. Authorities arrived at the scene of the accident and closed off the roadway near Hawthorne Boulevard while assisting. The pedestrian was treated at the scene briefly before being transported by ambulance to a local hospital for emergency medical care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
