Burbank, CA – Bus Crash on SR-134 Ends in Injuries

Burbank, CA (October 5, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Burbank area sent an unknown number of people to area hospitals with injuries. The crash took place at around 5:30 p.m. on October 4.

According to police reports, a charter bus and four additional vehicles collided on the westbound side of California State Route 134. The involved vehicles came to rest, blocking multiple lanes of the road near North Hollywood Way. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and located a blue Commuter Express Bus, a red Nissan Sentra, a silver Kia Sorrento, a green Ford SUV, and one additional vehicle blocking the road. EMS rushed to the scene to care for the injured victims as the police and firefighters worked to remove the involved vehicles from the scene. Those who required further care were transported to local hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
