Car Accidents in California
Every year, tens of thousands of people across California are hospitalized with serious injuries due to motor vehicle accidents. Unfortunately, there are many instances where people are hurt in accidents due to driver negligence. We often see collisions occur as a result of speeding, distractions, impairment, and other human errors. When drivers fail to fulfill their duty of care to others in the area, they can cause significant accidents, resulting in severe injuries.
Regrettably, individuals involved in car collisions often undergo extensive medical treatment and endure weeks of recovery. Given the vulnerable nature of pedestrians during accidents, there is a higher likelihood of sustaining injuries that can lead to permanent disability. Following a car crash, it becomes crucial for victims to initiate legal proceedings.
