Bakersfield, CA (April 2, 2024) – A was severely injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Bakersfield area on Monday, April 1. At around 5:10 p.m., authorities were called to the scene of an automobile collision that occurred on California State Route 184.
Official reports show that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the highway near Bertal Street. Emergency crews responded to the scene and immediately shut down the roadway. The pedestrian who was involved in the accident was severely injured. The victim was treated on-site by emergency medical services and transported to a local hospital for emergency treatment.
