Los Angeles, CA – One Killed, One Hurt in W La Tuna Canyon Rd Crash

Los Angeles, CA (July 19, 2024) – A fatal motor vehicle accident reported in the Tujunga area claimed one person’s life. The collision occurred at around 12:50 p.m. on July 18.

According to official reports, two vehicles collided in the 8400 block of West La Tuna Canyon Road. Firefighters and police arrived on-site and immediately secured the road. One person was trapped inside each of the vehicles and had to be extricated. A 30-year-old man was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. One additional victim was pronounced deceased while at the scene. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
