Long Beach, CA – One Hurt in Car Accident on SR 91
Long Beach, CA (March 29, 2024) – One person was transported to a local hospital with injuries as a result of an automobile accident that occurred during the evening hours in Long Beach. The California Highway Patrol was called to the scene at around 11:30 p.m. on March 28.
According to official reports, a Caltrans work truck and a Honda sedan collided on the westbound side of California State Route 91. The incident blocks multiple lanes near the Atlantic Avenue off-ramp. Authorities arrived at the scene and located the tan Honda and the van with damage. At least one of the vehicles collided with a wall in the area. One person was injured as a result of the accident. Medical personnel tended to the victim before transporting them to a local hospital. At this time, the California Highway Patrol is investigating.
