Bakersfield, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on Forest Park St

Bakersfield, CA (March 2, 2024) – At least two people were transported to an area hospital with injuries following a multi-vehicle accident that occurred on Thursday evening on the northwest side of Bakersfield. Calls for assistance were received at approximately 5:30 p.m. on February 29.

Law enforcement reports indicate that a silver sedan, a gray sedan, and a third vehicle collided on Forest Park Street in the area near Norris Road. The impact of the collision sent the silver vehicle off the roadway, where it struck a pole. Authorities responded to the scene and immediately shut down the roadway while removing the involved vehicles. Two people were injured as a result of the accident. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and immediately rendered aid to the victims before transporting them to area hospitals. At this time, investigations into the crash are ongoing.
