Los Angeles, CA – Injury Accident at Avalon Blvd & E 118th St

Los Angeles, CA (February 16, 2024) – Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department were called to the scene of a car crash that occurred in the Harbor Gateway North neighborhood and ended in injuries. Calls for help came in at around 11:40 p.m. on February 15.

Law enforcement reports indicate that a collision occurred on Avalon Boulevard near East 118^th Street. The incident prompted authorities to close the intersection while assisting. Emergency medical services responded to provide aid to those harmed. An unknown number of victims were subsequently transported by ambulance to local hospitals. The accident is currently under investigation.
